Insurance and HSA Payments Accepted Insurance often covers a substantial portion of your treatment costs. We verify your insurance benefits prior to your visit and provide a detailed cost estimate. Additionally, any fees you owe are typically eligible for reimbursement through most health savings account (HSA) plans.

Self-Pay

Secure Online Payments You can pay for services directly through our secure online payment system. We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Alternative Payment Methods If you prefer to pay with check or cash, please inform your therapist in advance.

Cancellation Fee

 Positive Kids requires a $120 cancellation fee for appointments canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice.

Co-pay is a fixed amount you may need to pay for a covered health care service after you’ve paid your deductible. Please check with your insurance provider to determine your co-pay for therapy services.

Out-of-Network Coverage

If your health insurance is not through BCBS, HAP, McLaren, or Aetna, your sessions are considered “out-of-network,” and you are responsible for full payment. We can either submit a claim on your behalf or provide the necessary documentation for you to utilize your out-of-network benefits. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network coverage for behavioral health services.

HSA, MSA, FSA, and HRA Eligibility

Our fees are eligible for reimbursement through most Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Medical Savings Accounts (MSAs), Health Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs).
