Licensed Professional Counsellor

In this position, you will meet with clients, analyze their mental health status, and develop a course of therapy to address their issues. You may work with clients who have substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, or eating disorders. You should have some experience with a wide variety of patients and conditions. Our ideal applicant has a master’s degree in psychology or social work and a license from the state. Clinical experience is also a requirement.

ADHD Tutor

As reliable Tutor to join our educational team. You will work with students of various ages, either one-on-one or in groups, to provide help on a particular assignment or with basics in a specific subject. After each tutoring session, you will need to document what tasks you worked so that you can share the student’s progress with their parents and teachers. We also offer test preparation services, especially to high school students, so you must be able to work with older students on improving their test scores. Our ideal candidate has worked professionally with school-age students for at least one year and is comfortable tutoring in at least two of the four core subjects.

Tutor Duties and Responsibilities

  • Discuss what subject or problem the students need help with
  • Explain the problem-solving method in an easy-to-understand way

Coaches Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ideally practicing as a teacher for 5 or more years
  • YOU MUST HAVE a B.Ed and valid teaching certification
  • You must have an extensive history of working with complex learners of all ages (primarily 12-20 yrs), especially those who struggle with executive functioning skills and present with ADHD or other Learning Differences.
  • You must be flexible and adaptable in approach and scheduling.
  • Depending on client needs, be available for six weekly client sessions during evenings and weekends.
  • Be an exceptional communicator.
  • Show evidence of being creative and innovative in your work with students.

Social Skills Group Facilitator

The Facilitator will be responsible for leading and facilitating activities, workshops, and other events. This position will ensure a successful and productive learning environment while providing guidance and support to participants. The Facilitator will encourage participation and provide feedback to ensure participants are engaged and making progress.
