Questions from Illinois families

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in Illinois?

No. All client services are virtual. Positive Kids has an administrative head office in Michigan, but it is not an in-person service location.

Do you serve families outside Chicago, Aurora, Naperville, Rockford, Springfield?

Yes. These are examples of major communities we serve. Virtual coaching and tutoring are available throughout Illinois.

Does my child need a formal ADHD diagnosis?

Not necessarily. We begin by discussing your child’s learning and executive-function challenges. Our educational services do not diagnose ADHD or replace medical or psychological care.

How often do students meet?

Many families begin with one consistent session each week. Frequency depends on goals, age, academic demands, provider recommendations, and budget.

How do we begin?
